Olde World LTD and Andrew Raines were excellent to work with. Andrew provided detailed information about the products available, researched custom options I requested, and provided me with all the information necessary to make an informed decision. The product we selected (10" width white oak random plank engineered flooring) exceeded our expectations. It was exception in its quality and construction and was easy to install. The overall effect of our new floor is stunning and elevates the overall appearance of our home. We could not be more pleased with the product and the excellent customer support.

Horrible. We bought a few years ago and this company did not stand by any I mean any damage pieces. Run do not buy from them. Our GC never has he seen so many issues and even after he called them they did nothing. They even refuse to look at samples.

Unfortunately we were not happy with the quality of the wood beams we ordered, or the customer service for the issues we encountered. First, we asked about weights of the solid timbers and were quoted a number that was 3x less than actual. When the beams arrived we then needed to send a number back and re-order them as boxes-beams. We were told by Patrick, a manager, due to the mix up that if we got the beams back to them they would immediately get going on the replacements due to their mistake. This didn’t happen, they took as long or longer than the original order, and were even later than the estimate (which was longer than verbally quoted). We have transformed a bedroom in our 1860s farmhouse using reclaimed, southern yellow pine from Old Wood Ltd. I did the work myself, and the quality of the tongue and groove fit was amazing. The pictures show the quality of the wood. The people there are great. I highly recommend the company to anyone with a wood project requiring old reclaimed boards.

Excellent customer service and products. We could not be happier with our beams! I am admittedly very particular and a bit worried to order such a main portion of our house without ever seeing it in person, but they came through and are beautiful! Photos don’t do justice.
