Olenders Excavation has done a few projects for me over the years and has always done excellent quality work at a very reasonable price. His knowledge and experience shows in his work. Most recently he built a 10’ tall X 80’ long retaining wall out of 4,000lb keystone blocks. The blocks were massive and he was working on a steep slope close to the house but his experience showed and he completed the project efficiently and the final product looks amazing. Moving and setting over 200,000lbs of blocks, foundation, drainage, fabrics, backfill and compaction he handled it all. Even with such a large project with extremely rocky and unforgiving conditions, he hit his final height within 1/4”. I could not be more pleased. 10/10 I would recommend!

We will continue to use Olenders Excavating. Jonathan and his team are very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. From grading, to placing unilites, to driveways that require precise grade and precision, they have done that and more... all with excellent result. The fact that Jonathan is a genuinely really good human is also a huge plus! We will continue to work with him on all projects, and recommend his services!

When I work with Olender, I know I get these things: 1. Honestly. Olender has never once let me down on anything and has aways over preforms on the promises made. 2. Integrity. Doing the right when no one is looking. It's common for some contractors to hide their shotty work when it comes to excavation work. They came in and took on a difficult project (Digging blind over a hill into shale rock right next to the house) and handed it with ease. Zero damage to the house and the work looked great! Done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend!
