I would not suggest using Oler Relo services. We used this service for two cross country moves and a local move in Texas. Our third time using Oler Relo resulted in my poor recommendation of the company. The foreman in Houston was late, slow, and complained the entire packing process. He had a lack of professionalism. I noted that one antique piece of furniture was very important to me and I was particular in how they packed it, noting "this side up" and asked for extra padding. I have photos of the before packing. There was an irreparable crack and scratch in this priceless family heirloom. I also had scratches in other antique dressers. When I went through the claims process, the claim attendant argued that the crack was a "climate adjustment" when this item was over 100 years old and

Very professional through entire process. The surveyor was attentive when preparing the estimate and, from then, the paperwork process was straightforward. Delivery was trackable, and while I used this facility only once, it was re-assuring that I could check progress. Final delivery was made a day or two later than scheduled to accommodate the access date to my new apartment, and checking the individual packages as they were brought in was a clear and precise conclusion to the move. Overall I was delighted to receive my consignment (New Jersey to Northern California) in two weeks, and this contrasts dramatically with my previous horrific experience of five weeks (Oregon to New Jersey). I would recommend this mover without hesitation.

We contacted Bohren's because they are affiliated with the #1 moving company in the US - United Van Lines. When we got our moving date, I contacted 10 moving companies. Those that did in-home inventories/estimates went to the top of our list. You can’t make a valid estimate without seeing everything. We had a good idea of how much we had, so the top 3 closest to this were weighed by what they had to offer. Our top 5 items were: Best inventory estimate (weight/cubic ft.), Free destination shuttle (if needed), No off-loading or storage of our inventory (until it got to our destination), Price, and Reputation/Review. I recently helped a friend move from her apartment. For part of the move we needed some professional assistance - the Bohren's rep arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly, professionally and went above and beyond the call of duty. I'd recommend their services to anyone without any hesitation. If you're considering a move definitely put Bohren's at the top of your list.

Your men came to deliver furniture to a tenant upstairs and left huge cardboard boxes in front of the building in busy Downtown Manhattan. They were asked politely to load their truck, which was no where in site, because our neighbors were calling, worried that they would get a sanitation ticket. The man in charge was very rude and intimidatingly said, "you're not paying me so I don't have to do that." Ignorant attitude.
