The owner came on Monday July 5th for an emergency pump. The minute he got out of the truck he was yelling saying he should of denied this job that he worked all weekend and had other things to do. He scolded my mom saying we should of pumped this ahead of time. In reality our septic alarm was not working and did not go off. This owner was very disrespectful and was completely un professional. Not one person should use this service this guy does not know how to run a business
