Not reliable! First off scheduling an appointment for a quote was difficult. (If I could’ve just got the work done I would have however they have to look at area first). I called after I noticed that it was an hour after my given time. Was told the guy was overbooked and he is running behind . Received a call maybe 3 hours later and said that he would not make it .. unfortunately, it was on a Friday.. I had to wait till Monday. Monday gets here , same thing. I had to wait till Tuesday.. Tuesday comes:( no one ever showed up , no one ever called. Please don’t waste your time!

1 am on 6-14 the AC in our home stopped. Since the dramatic heat increase in the last week it was not very long till it was very noticeable. First thing my wife called Suzie the owner of Oliver Air Systems LLC, she had Used her buisnes several times at the office she manages. When my wife told me that Suzie said she would be to our home the same day I was very surprise. Because the temperatures have been so high I know they had to be backed up. 12:30, they where at the house. I called my wife to gather any news I could. She told be that Suzie her self and another employee where our side change the motor that had stopped. At the same time a very bad storm was coming through. A hr later I called and asked. “Did they leave” my wife said “no” they are out there in the storm, not your averag

The owner hung up the phone on me and all I simply wanted to know was a price. Perhaps I don't know enough about this industry but I am also a business owner and would never do that to a potential customer. She didn't try to meet me half way. I told her I just wanted to check prices and that I already had a contractor. How can I possibly do my due diligence if I cannot get any prices? SMDH

Great place with really nice people. They always know what to do to help the customers. Will definitely use again.

These are the most rudest and racist people I have ever met. They can’t give paperwork that is asked for nor do the fix on the ac units properly. Very nasty people.
