While we were cleaning the light fixture the box in the ceiling broke and the fixture fell and was hanging by the wires. Alan responded right away to my phone call. He was able to replace the broken box in the ceiling of a bathroom light fixture and then re install the light fixture. He finished quickly and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely use Olmsted Electric again and recommend his service to others

I called Alan to hire him to install a bathroom exhaust fan but unfortunately our schedules didn't align, however this didn't stop Alan from taking time from his busy schedule to help me troubleshoot my electrical wires and helped me finish the installation when he was under no obligation to even give me advice. Alan is a true professional and his humanity really showed by helping a total stranger. Throughout the whole process Alan was even keeled and explained everything like a good teacher would. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Alan and Olmstead Electric except that this is an A+ company.
