Service was great till we made our purchase... No communication after purchase was made. I had to call 5 or 6 times to find out when insulation would take place. Took 3 visits to get our products working correctly!! No follow up care and no instructions on how to use our new product. They installed and left leaving us with no idea how to operate our product... but the sales lady was nice..

Highly recommend! When our water heater started leaking, Olsen Plumbing & Heating went out of their way to find a time that worked for us. They were kind enough to answer all of our questions. Olsen Plumbing & heating is reasonably priced, professional, friendly and leave the place cleaner than they found it. With it snowing earlier that morning, they even shoveled by our front door. Rick and the other employees go the extra mile for their customers.
