Jeremy was wonderful. I was very interested in the process of cleaning the sectional and carpet. He explained every step of the way. Very courteous abs professional. Both the sectional and carpet look amazing and smell wonderful. I highly recommend them. If I need more cleaning done in the future, that's who I will hire! So happy with the results!

He did a really good job. Everything looks so clean. Downstairs hallway, there was a huge black spot and now it looks brand new and in my downstairs living room there was a ton of spots and now I’m so happy it’s finally removed. I would recommend him, he did an excellent job. 10/10

I had an excellent experience with Olsen Restoration Carpets. I put in a last-minute request late at night because I had an urgent situation, and they responded almost immediately and accommodated me right away. They showed up first thing in the morning exactly as promised. I live in an apartment with very old carpet (about 15 years old) and ongoing mold concerns, so I honestly thought the situation was a lost cause. Encapsulated dry cleaned carpet removed some mold stains on my carpet I needed removed and carpet looks brand new! It’s smells good and my carpet dried fast! Great work I’m satisfied!
