Olshan Foundation Repair

5 stars. I had Olshan out to look at cracks in my basement, and Melissa Warny was excellent. She was professional, thorough, and explained what she was seeing in a way that made sense. She identified practical reinforcement/support options for part of the basement wall and also caught that my sump pump apparently hasn’t been working since I moved in (2019), which was a big deal to learn before it turned into a bigger problem. I really appreciated her honesty, clarity, and how respectful she was of my home. Highly recommend working with Melissa.

The job took a little longer than predicted but completed in a reasonable time. Austin Cloer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and was a total professional even after a frightening traffic accident. He still showed up and kept the job going. Willie Hawkins and his crew did a fine job on the drainage even though there was much more digging than expected. They left everything looking great and managed to spare the shrubbery. They were all friendly and respectful.

I recently had Donavan Fuselier come out to inspect my home due to some loose tiles I was concerned about. Donavan was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the foundation, explained what he was looking for, and clearly walked me through his findings. What I appreciated most was his honesty — he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs and made sure I understood the root cause of the issue. He answered all my questions patiently and gave practical recommendations for next steps. Overall, it was a very reassuring experience. I hired Olshan Foundation Solutions Jackson location for the lifting of my floor at a Dollar General Building in Hattiesburg, MS. I was told by Mike Mansmann and McKenzie Johnson that hey could do a good job. The floor was lifted and in addition to many problems with cracking it is uneven and needs substantial repair to fix it. Two contractors have looked at the floor and say it requires cutting and laying new cement. The floor is unlevel by 1/2 " for 40 ft. which Mike Mansmann says is how it was before and it is no problem. Mike Mansmann says the floor can be fixed with floor leveler. He told me that the floor was properly fixed before I paid the job in full and he sent pictures to Dollar General which were initially approved by Dollar General based upon not disclosing the full pictures o
