Olshan Foundation Solutions

Les was the Technician that came out to evaluate my home. He was a really nice guy, experienced in foundation issues. He explained what was going on and how and what they can do to lift and support the home. I chose Olshan mainly due to the Cable Lock ST Plus System that they use. I feel that is a safer and more secure option with the steel and concrete, rather than just steel. The team did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I even had the driveway lifted. Thank you Olshan! I can sleep better at night now knowing my house wont sink anymore. Living in Buda, this whole area is having foundation issues now.

UPDATE NOW THAT WORK IS COMPLETE: The crew had a BLANTANT disrespect for my property! Company compensated me $600 and paid for the after project plumbing inspection yet I have 2 patches in my garage where cement was jack hammered because they got “confused”, destroyed custom pathway, missing 4 landscape lights, broke retractable gate in interior of my house. The Good: 1. Foundation is better. Some cracks are not visible anymore. 2. Technician (Sara), Production Manager (Gerald), Supervisor (Alex), and office staff (Marissa/Samantha) embody the customer service Olsham’s repeatedly boasted about. We have been concerned that our foundation was shifting and requested an evaluation from Olshan Foundation Solutions. Michael Johns, Certified Foundation Repair Specialist, came to our home and did a thorough and comprehensive evaluation and review. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided good explanations of his findings, addressed all of our issues and concerns in a succinct and concise manner, and answered all of our questions. His conclusion was that we did not need foundation repair services at this time. Michael is a valuable asset for Olshan Foundation Solutions. He represents the Olshan brand in a "first-class, top-drawer manner." We are appreciative of his honesty and that he did not try to sell us services we do not need.

12/21: (Since I cant add to the Williams review below) about 9 days after the work completed, my mulch is now sinking under my home about 9 feet from the front door. Looks like the hole was not properly packed. Way too many issues using this company so my next stop will be the Better Business Bureau. I just casually spotted this as i was walking to my front door after trying to fix the glued down rock walkway up to my porch. I wonder how many more surprises I’ll find that end up being hazards due to their work.

Great experience from the beginning to end. Was very easy to schedule the consultation on the website and was able to get scheduled without a long wait time. Cameron came out to do the original measurements and inspection and was super kind and helpful with the questions I had. He was also very kind and understanding with my toddler, showing him the equipment and socializing with him as he got the inspection done. That goes a long way in my book. The crew that came out and did the work were amazing as well. Joe made sure to inform me when they arrived each day and kept me up to date on the process throughout.
