Communication was great the day of and Kurtis was on time and friendly. He provided excellent advice on some issues he saw and the proper(and most cost effective) solutions for each. Fantastic customer service. Truly values the customer as their #1 priority. I have used Olson numerous times for installations and repairs. They have always been efficient, communicative, professional, and extremely reliable. Also the technicians are honest. Recently had Richie to my home and he was absolutely fantastic. Finding all around good contractors, whether it's plumbing, electrical,'etc, can be tough. You can feel safe knowing Olson will do right by you and your plumbing needs.

Richie was terrific.. He was able to diagnose why the master bathroom shower hot water…wasn’t very hot. He explained to me what he wanted to do and got my approval before he started the repair.. I am now getting hot water again. He did the yearly maintenance on our Navien tankless and said everything looked good. He made recommendations for future work needed to be done throughout our home but advised it didn’t have to be done right away. He was honest and courteous. He also did a whole house safety inspection. Five star rating for sure. I would have given him 10 stars if that was a choice.. Great experience with Richie.
