Here is a letter I wrote to them, that lays out my review: My wife and I bought a brand new, never before lived in, home in Williamsport Landing, Columbia, TN, in May 2025. After our ice storm at the end of January and several freezes since then, we noticed last week that our driveway was flaking off. I reported this to our home warranty and they reported it to your company as you are the ones doing the warranty work. Without looking it (other than pictures I sent, without speaking to us, without checking on it at all, you flatly denied our request stating the issue was due to salt on the driveway. Had you taken time to look at the driveway and not just the pictures, you would see that this issue is happening in the dead center of the driveway. Had you spoken with us at all, you would h

While doing some concrete work in my neighborhood, workers from Olvera chopped my sprinkler head out of the ground for no apparent reason and just casually tossed it into my yard and moved to a different section of concrete. I gave them several chances to come fix it and they never returned my messages or replaced the sprinkler head. They strike me as quite unprofessional in my attempts to deal with them.

One of the trucks for this company cut us off on 840 with a full load of boards and a wheelbarrow in the back. They don’t use signals and went back and forth multiple times. No consideration for other drivers.. dangerous drivers mean works have no respect!!

They constantly block my driveway with their trailer without authorization & with repeated attempts to tell them to move and not park on our property. They aren’t even doing work to my property, yet the feel like they are authorized to use my driveway as their own personal playground. Extremely unprofessional.
