Olympia Entertainment Parking Lot

This is one of the greediest money hungry corporate staff I have ever seen in my life. They refuse to allow the 3rd shift employees at Little Caesars Arena to park in their garage overnight. They make the employees park on dark side streets, and they have to walk several blocks in frigid sub zero temperatures just to get to work. While there is a huge, brightly lit, EMPTY parking structure right there. They don't even care about the young ladies that have to walk to work in the dark. They aren't losing any money by letting them park there, the issue with them is that they are not gaining any money by letting them park there. The 3rd shift is mostly long gone by the time anybody arrives in the morning. This is greed that far surpasses human decency. There is not one single legitimate reason

Purchased parking pass through Parkwhiz... get to garage, attendant can't get QR code to scan, show him e-recipt, still can't do anything but push the "help" button on the scanning station... HELP desk was absolutely useless... 0 problem solving skills, almost like they are reading off a pre-printed list of denial responses. Thanks for making me, and a lot of other people behind me in line, late for our event because you only hire warm bodies (no actual thinking required). Got locked in a parking lot from all sides thanks to the clowns who parked me there. Took an hour to get out. Wouldn’t park with them again.

Waste of money. Sitting in traffic trapped in garage, provided no ease or convey than just parking in a lot on the street.

Fantastic staff , lost my wallet in the garage the next day they contacted me to tell me they found it . Cant thank you guys enough
