Olympia Fencing Center - Fencing Classes for ages 8 +

Olympia Fencing Center is the best!!! I am so impressed with the owners and coaches at OFC! The Hondors have created a place for kids and adults to learn fencing in a friendly, supportive environment without sacrificing excellence. OFC has produced champions but also teaches ALL of their students the importance of hard work, perseverance, good sportsmanship, and having fun through all of it. Sello, Lori, and Robert coach the Newton site and are fantastic role models and great teachers. We are so happy that we chose OFC!!!

Avoid! Free trial quickly turns into the need to do private lessons. The owners are pushy and want you to sign up for private lessons so they can boost their revenues. They are always complaining about how they need more children to sign up or they will go out business. Very unprofessional! Instructors are “meh”, with the exception of Lori.

The instructors are very friendly and they make it fun for kids. The free trial is a good way to start. You can rent the gear to use so there's no big upfront expense to get started.

We started and OFC in Cambridge and moved to Newton due to proximity. Both locations are wonderful. They are great with new fencers and make it enjoyable for the kids. Facilities are clean and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. Would strongly recommend trying a free class!

Great experience with the free trial with Olympia Fencing Center of Newton. Decided to sign up for monthly classes a few months ago after the free trial and my two daughters are loving it there. Highly recommended!
