I was in town for work and stayed across the street. I was a little hesitant to park here because of some past negative reviews. I honestly have to say the they accommodated us like champs. Everyday we parked they made us feel welcomed. Even when the lot was quite full and due to the size of our vehicle, they asked for the keys and our truck neatly parked and ready for us in the morning. Good weather and bad, they're out there doing a great job. Would highly recommend.

The old man on the bottom is so very rude and yells at customers. It takes nothing to be kind. The young man at the top level is so kind of you can make it to the top. If not get ready to have your day ruined.

My husband, kids and I were traveling from out of town. We went to visit one of the museums downtown and was looking for somewhere to park. When my husband pulled in this parking deck, this older white guy was motioning for him to stop. We sat there as he helped another customer. He yelled over and told us to stay there because he wasn’t taking anybody else. He was very rude and unfriendly. Being new to us my husband stepped out the car as this man approaches the car and asked him if he was going to park the car for us or...? This guy cuts him off and sharply replied well that is why I’m here to come park the car!! I’m thinking, what!? I’m fired up now. He kept cutting my husband off. He was very rude and with it being our first time in Cincinnati I’m thinking is this how he treat

5 stars at all entrances except the one with the mean old man who yells at people for showing up at 815, denies entry and turns sign to say monthly only, only to switch it back to public parking once you park somewhere else. This is the non-valet entrance on vine st. Stay away from that entrance.

Parked exactly where I was told, confirmed that I wouldn't get blocked in, etc., everything seemed ok, so we went to the ball game. When we got back, the car was moved 20 feet forward into another spot, with greasy handprints all over the vehicle. There was no attendant or anyone to talk to, and no apparent damage, but to say that I was confused and frustrated by this is a huge understatement. I'll find a different lot next time I'm in Cincinnati.
