My parents have a roof leak that has to be handled through the HOA’s approved vendor. I’ve been calling for a week and haven’t received a response, I’ve left five messages. We’re stuck waiting for these guys to call back because the HOA won’t allow us to hire our own contractor, it has to go through Olympic. I’d love to review the repair work, but we can’t get past “hello?” Pick up your phone or give a 30 second call back!!
This place seems closed - they never pick up their phone
