I left a message on Dan’s phone and he called me back the same day as well as coming to the site. I called two other tree service companies. Never heard from the first one and had already hired Dan before the second one returned my call two days later. Dan and his crew did an excellent job removing a large black cherry that was split and leaning over our family camp on Floodwood Pond. It was taken down the old fashioned way by climbing and using ropes, a skill not seen much today. The only large piece of equipment they had was a chipper. Despite being at the peak of black fly season, the tree was taken down in a day and a half. At my request the tree was cut into firewood size lengths. Expert tree service at a reasonable price. We had several very large, ailing trees that stood within feet of our buildings that Dan and his team took down very carefully and safely without disturbing or damaging adjacent trees or structures. They then thinned the canopies of several other tall specimen trees to help ensure their long-term health and stability. Dan loves trees and is eager to share his knowledge. He gave us excellent advice and recommendations for maintaining the health of the many mature trees on our property. We look at our tree canopy very differently now; we can highly recommend Olympic Tree!

We have used Dan and his team twice now. The first was more protective work around the house and the second time was much more extensive. Words I would use are collaborative, logical extremely knowledgeable, fair and a master of his craft. His team are polite, hard working and seriously care about their work.
