I’m honestly happy with my experience at Olympus Garage Door Repair of Venice. Brandon showed up right on time and quickly fixed my track, which was a relief. The service was technically sound and surprisingly cheap, especially for the quality I received. Best garage door company in Venice if you ask me!

This company is a TOTAL scam, they send out unqualified employees to overbill for services before rendered. He gave me a verbal estimate of $1250 to replace a garage door opener. When I told him Lowes will do it for around $400..He then stated backpedaling. No truck with company logos or anything. no written or email quote, no business card..what a joke. Then I googled their phone number and a list of BBB complaints popped up and multiple internet reports that they are scammers. STAY AWAY.

Christopher was super fast and explained all my options without being pushy. The quality of the repair was first-rate, and I found their prices to be competitively priced. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone needing garage door help.

This company is a complete SCAM. First, this isn’t even a legit company. They subcontract all their work to “technicians” who charge whatever they want & there is no superior, manager, or owner who you can get in contact with when things hits the fan. & They are not registered with the BBB. This is a “company” that takes advantage of people, lies, & convinces customers of unnecessary work to up charge. I called to have 2 remotes programmed & to fix a wiring issue causing my door not to close. The day of service the “tech” showed up to a house in a completely different town & was hours late meaning I wasted my day waiting for him to get there. He eventually shows up (in an unmarked truck), tells me I need all new controllers & wall keypad because they’re a different brand than the Lift Ma
