Omaha Decks Plus Fences

Robert and the guys were great. Everything they said they would do they did. Robert took my vision and made it better. He was the only builder who had input on was of making my project the best it could be, all others wrote down measurements and nodded there heads saying “ok, sounds good etc” I got way more than I could have imagined. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Omaha Decks Plus for all future work on my property. A+

Absolute disappointing company, buyer beware if you want to go with them. One of the worst businesses we’ve ever had to deal with after owning 5 homes. Omaha Decks and Fence is a company that we had install approximately 132 linear feet of 4’ tall fence. It was a very frustrating process especially when the ‘owner’ Rob doesn’t return calls or texts, and of course there is no office that will actually answer the phone. Rob showed up 3 hours late to do the estimate appointment and unfortunately it continued to go downhill from there. We accepted his bid to replace our fence, and it took him 3 weeks to complete the project. They no-showed/no-called multiple times. Poor ownership. Owner fails to communicate with employees left on jobsite with no direction. Decks left incomplete. Compiste boards hanging over the edge. Railings wer not rounded. And never came back to finish electrical agrred on. Refused to hand a contract for the work until he left the project. Noticable reviews by his friends and side pieces on website. I only see 1 real review and they even wer highly upset

I'm very satisfied with my new deck. They came and built my deck in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned everything up, and my house looked good as new. Can't wait to show it off this spring. Thanks decksplus

I asked for massive privacy fence for my backyard. They did a good job, and completed it in a professional and timely manner.
