After having two other plumbers try to fix my tankless water heater with no luck, I decided to give another local plumbing service a call after seeing their great reviews. The person on the phone was very friendly and quickly sent out Marvin to check things out. Marvin took off the front cover of my tankless unit and had me run the hot water. Even after a few minutes, the water stayed cold. He explained that the problem was actually a valve issue, not the tankless heater itself. Marvin found the right valve and fixed it up right away.
