They were able to diagnose the problems right away and had the parts. They were able to prevent further damage and also provided me with recommendations. One of the torsion springs snapped on our garage door. We called around to a handful of places and Omar's was by far the most responsive and easy to work with. We reached them late in the day on Tuesday and they said they could be here at 730AM the next morning. They were on time, professional, friendly, and made quick work of the job.
