The very fast service and cordial technician made what I thought was going to be a very long and huge process, very simple and easy. I was very impressed with their prompt attention to my microwave repair; I had called several other appliance repair companies first and no one would work on my microwave. Omega was here the next day! They had to order a part and went and picked it up and then put the new part in my microwave the next day. I couldn't be happier and I would recommend Omega Appliance Repair to any household or business!

Omega Force responded quickly to our call, and the repairman was friendly and competent. They do want that payment up front, but it applies to the repair. I used to work at a place where appointments were needed, and it was challenging for scheduling because so many people make appointments for home services and then don’t bother to be there at the scheduled time. I can see how requiring part of the payment up front would really cut down on “ghosted” appointments. We were extremely happy with the level of service we received and will definitely call again the next time we need an appliance repair.
