Just received service on my Maytag dryer. Andre was very professional, very knowledgeable, honest and fair. His customer service is exceptional. While he was fixing my dryer he noticed some other things and gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of the dryer. I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and family. He has a customer for life with me. Very happy and satisfied when the service.

Our freezer went out and I had a company tell us the compressor was bad. In hopes to get a second opinion I called OMG appliance repair. From the first phone call to the repair it was a great experience. Andre really knows his stuff. He is an expert in his field! It turns out it was just a starter that needed to be repaired. He came out that day changed the starter and followed up to make sure the freezer was back to running right. He saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars. We will definitely be calling back if we have any other issues with appliances. I would gladly recommend OMG Appliances repair to friends and family.
