On Call Waterproofing

It has been several months since Frank and his crew waterproofed a section at the back of my house. A fruit cellar in my basement had the water issue. I was so impressed when On Call did my neighbors house. I decided to give them a call and Frank was so thorough and patient when answering all my questions. I trusted him 100%. You know right away he knows what he's talking about. The crew arrived at 8 a.m. and they were done by 2 pm. They work so professionly and fast. Their work is organized and clean. They let me take pictures during the job. I would highly recommend Frank and his crew. They were just wonderful to work with. He answered his phone promptly if I called. Great Job! Thank you Frank Tomaro! We had water leak in 2 commercial buildings in Tallmadge, Ohio. On-call water proofing dug and water proofed both buildings. More impressive is that they located the drainage issues and replaced the broken pipes. Frank is great person to work with. Knowledgeable and honest. Also they communicate well. His pricing is very reasonable and better than the other quotes we got. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this Company.

Great to deal with. Very professional and polite crew. Showed up on time and completed job on time. In spite of some rain did a great job of cleaning up. Frank and his crew did waterproofing on 3 sides of our house, put in a 100 foot yard drain line and installed a backflow preventer valve on our sanitary sewer line. They were very careful to put down protective sheeting on the driveway when they had to get heavy equipment into the back yard. All of the crew were careful and they did good work, as far as i could tell. I am not well versed in waterproofing, but in most cases, a job that looks good is usually done well. They did nice work all around. As a bonus they put us in touch with Jim Squire who was able to build us a very nice replacement porch.
