These guys were awesome. They got here within minutes after calling them. They did some great troubleshooting, and they found the problem right away. Other local hvac companies would have probably charged double or triple what they charged, and they were friendly and did a very thorough job. We asked them to be our servicing company on a regular basis and do all our annual checkups.

“Right under my nose”: On Point A/C&Appliances in Cedar Creek TX. is my new go to with any appliance or A/C issues! My fridge started to make this annoying loud noise 24/7 and within 20 minutes of my service my headache problem was GONE! Now mind you Juan stopped the noise before actually repairing the issue on my fridge, that alone made him a “Super Hero” to me, LOL!! Being I live maybe 30 minutes away from their office is an added bonus! The technician “Juan” who serviced my refrigerator has remarkable Customer Service skills! Being an EX-Human Resource Director, that was one of my pet peeves. He took the time to explain what was going on with my fridge (a fan issue) as well as professionally installing the new fan! On Point was definitely On Point. They arrived on time and were professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and were very organized and detail oriented. The techs cleaned the work areas very thoroughly. Everything was explained in detail before and after the worked was completed. I highly recommend calling them.

Would highly recommend ON POINT! Memorial Day weekend and Saturday night our 10 year old LG dryer stopped working. Every place was closed by then and so we ordered a new LG dryer on Home Depot to be delivered the following Tuesday. Home Depot delayed the shipment by another week so we called ON POINT on Tuesday the day after Memorial Day to see if we could possibly fix the issue or if it was done for good. Juan showed up in 2 hours and fixed it in under 45 minutes. He is cordial, intelligent, polite and knows what he’s doing! Also we were able to cancel the new LG dryer from Home Depot. ON POINT saved us over 1k dollars and we are so happy that we have this reputable company to service Bastrop! The Hargetts

Using On Point was a great experience! I had a refrigerator stop cooling on a Sunday night. They were able to get me in right away on Monday AND were super accommodating when I was unable to be home for the appointment. Juan called as soon as he arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was polite, informative, and up front about options and costs. He was able to repair the fridge and it was cold by the time I got home!
