Baltazar runs a phenomenal family business: he, his dad, and son do the work. They are extremely meticulous and efficient. They showed up at 8:30 AM and completed the project flawlessly by 2:30 PM. They also had the lowest quote (within $50 of the others) and the soonest availability. Their communication was excellent and they did everything they said they would.
