On Target Cleaning, Restoration, and Construction

On Target came today and cleaned my air ducts out. My son didnt know they were coming or what they were doing, but when we walked in the house a few hours later he said boy it smells good in here. We have lived here 32 yrs and we had 5 dogs for 12 of those years. I've been wanting to get my ductwork cleaned for years. On Target surpassed my expectations.

Matt did an amazing job and was professional. It helped me locate an issue with our dryer vent too and they’re coming back to resolve the issue with cleaning. My car upholstery looks amazing after the cleaning!

Have a basement leak, I hired them to fix the leak or leaks, after that cut out the mold in 3 rooms. Replace rotten wood from where all the water that's coming in and then finished with drywall . We were going to paint and lay the floor. The mold removal was done and they dryed/dehumidified wet wood for 6 days. I told them I needed the leak fix before we get another rain. I didnt see anyone last week except for Monday afternoon and Friday afternoon. Still no leak has been fix. They sent me an invoice for the mold removal which I will pay but no one has been in touch with me this week at all. I had to contact them. They are saying we need a new contract so they can charge me more then the original invoice/contract. I just want my basement fix like they said they would do when I was getting
