I have used 4 carpet services from the Rug Doctor, Zerorez, Stanley, and now On The Spot Custom Cleaning! 😀 and I must say On The Spot did a miraculous fantastic Job! I thought he "Shazam" laid brand new carpet down! " All Carpet Cleaning Companies Are Not The Same" My carpets were dry in 2 hours maybe 3 not over saturated and the fragrance smelled very botanic but not overbearing, just right! I can't wait to schedule the rest of my rooms as the price is just right! Thanks, Kenja. Happy Holidays 😊

I had a great experience with OnTheSpotCleaning. They cleaned a sofa in my basement and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I called on Saturday and left a voicemail, and within about 10 minutes someone called me back. They immediately sent me a link to schedule the appointment, which was very easy and convenient. The technician came on Sunday, arrived right on time, and took their time to do the job properly. The sofa was cleaned thoroughly and looks great. The person who came was very friendly, respectful, and professional. You can tell they care about doing quality work and not rushing through it. Highly recommended. Excellent service, great communication, and very reliable. Kenja was FANTASTIC!

Had to leave review, we were absolutely amazed at the results. On The Spot did a fantastic job. Our dog had nearly all but destroyed our couch and recliner. They were absolutely filthy with paw prints, lick spots and dog odor. We were pessimistic at best with the results we may see, but he did an amazing job. We are able to enjoy our furniture again! Thank you so much!

Kenja was amazing! I booked Sunday night and he was here first thing Monday morning. We ended up having a discussion about our couches and chairs and he was able to fit that in too. My carpet looks and smells amazing! We even had one small clean up area and I reached out on how we could get it off the wall and Kenja took the time to come back and do it himself. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be using again.

My carpet looks 100% better. I reached out to Kenja on Friday & was able to book an appointment for the next day! He was very friendly & his prices are reasonable. I will be referring him to my family & friends!
