On the Spot HVAC helped me with installing a new heat pump ductless system. Their service tech was honest and gave me realistic estimates. Even when some pieces of an estimate did not work out as planned they made it right. They got me a great deal on new equipment when I really needed it and I am grateful for Aaron and Jeffrey and the crew that worked on the install they did good work for a great price.

We had a great experience with On The Spot HVAC. From the first call to the final fix, everything was handled quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, explained exactly what was going on with our system in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and efficient. You could tell they genuinely care about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. Pricing was fair and transparent, which is always appreciated. If you want honest, reliable HVAC service without the stress, I would absolutely recommend On The Spot HVAC. Aaron G and his crew were very professional and did a great job installing our new air handler. They made sure our floors were well protected before installing and clean after they were done. Aaron took the time to go over everything once it was installed. Cody at the office was also very helpful and willing to work with us on the cost and coverage. We highly recommend On The Spot.

On the Spot HVAC is a great company you can trust. Patrick McGraw has been wonderful to help me with my aging system. I had to replace the system but they were very upfront regarding pricing. Plus, their warranty and service agreement makes it a great deal. You can count on this company for your HVAC needs. I wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC needs.

Jeffrey was great. Efficient, communicative, and honest. He even was able to come earlier than anticipated after he communicated he was in the area. Sold me on a membership, but it’s reasonably priced and with that type of service I’m happy to keep doing business with them rather than waiting for a 6 hour timeframe some of these other places give.
