On Time Air HVAC

I just wanted to give a shout out to John, Lee, and Jay from On Time Air. From start to finish they communicated well when explaining all recommendations. I am extremely happy with how the duct cleaning turned out (I know it was a big job). I want to thank you for scheduling me in right away as I know the holidays are right around the corner. After moving into a new house, we noticed the vents needed to be cleaned. John did a very thorough diagnostic and the estimate came with line items that had descriptions and fees. We went with duct cleaning of the return vents only and John was very friendly and did a great job. Thanks! AnneW

My heater stopped working in a cold snap and On Time Air, which we had previously not used, got someone here immediately. It ended up being a bit of a puzzle but the technician, Zach, was so thorough and carefully (and pleasantly) figured it all out. Great experience over all and ended up signing a service agreement with them to continue using their services in the future.

The On Time Air team is very helpful! They are always professional and courteous during our annual maintenance checks. I appreciate their recommendations and solutions to issues. Zach did our check today.

Tom and John did our HVAC service today after an inspection with Brian and Tom just two days ago. I am beyond impressed with the organization and the communication of this company! From Sarah's quick and personal communication for appointments and billing---to the technical feedback form that provides in writing WHAT a problem is identifying as and the RECOMMENDED solution and costs---SUPER CLEAR! Yeah, these guys are going to be our GO TO for all HVAC from NOW ON. (---and they cleaned and attended our vents on a VAULTED CEILING when everyone else told us NO!!!)
