On Time Electrical Service

Without a doubt the worst electrician experience I ever had (the electrician in question is named Kristopher Farr). He was explicitly instructed NOT to touch the neighbor's electrical panel (in a shared appliance space) and yet touched it repeatedly without permission from myself or the neighbors. He incorrectly concluded that we had a "mixed panel," which is absolutely not true, and even a novice electrician should have known. He turned off the power throughout my house multiple times without warning, interrupting work meetings. He incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and suggested a completely irrelevant solution. When I asked to learn more, he was aggressive and condescending when asking my questions. I told the company about this and they refused to refund the exorbitant visit fee,
