This plumbing company has mastered something truly impressive: doing absolutely nothing while somehow making the situation worse. I called for help, not a social experiment on how long a human can wait for basic customer service. Customer service? Nonexistent. Communication? A myth. Follow-up? A fantasy novel. Calls went unanswered, messages disappeared into the void, and when I did finally hear back, it felt like I had interrupted them during a very important meeting titled “How to Not Care at All.” At one point, I wasn’t sure if I hired a plumbing company or signed up for an escape room challenge where the goal is to figure out if anyone is ever coming. On time plumbing replace our drain pipes in February. We notice water still coming out in June. I have to keep calling on time plumbing for 4 weeks. Eveytime they tell us to wait someone to call us back, but no one called back till 4 weeks later. We finally got a call and scheduled appointment between 3-5pm on August 2nd. One guy showed up at 7pm with no tools !!!!!! We have to let him to use our tool to find the leak. He scheduled another appointment on August 5th. We waited all day on August 5th and no one showed up. Then we found out he totally forgot about our appointment!!! We try to schedule 3rd appointment and get no answer !!!!! I need someone to fix the leak right away!!!!

Updated review: A pipe was leaking under my sink. I called to see if someone could fix it and explained the issue of the pipe leaking. They gave me a window of 8am - 11am. After I called the company 4 times, a plumber finally arrived at 7pm. When Greg arrived, he told me I needed all new pipes, a new clean out, etc. When I showed no interest in doing a total overhaul for a leaking pipe, he explained to me how I could fix the pipe myself but said he couldn’t do it because it was “getting late” and he didn’t have the parts. Lots of leaks of water and gas couldnt fix either. Worst company to work with.
