On Top Roofing

We had our roof done by On Top Roofing a couple of weeks ago, and we couldn’t be happier. Our first appointment with them was December 22, 2025, and the roof was fully installed and completed by January 14, 2026. These guys are amazing. We worked directly with James, our sales consultant, and he answered every single question we had. Anytime we reached out, he responded in a timely manner and was so great to work with. The office staff was amazing as well — everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. We also want to give a huge shout-out to Mark, our onsite crew manager, and the entire roofing crew. They were all so great to work with. I highly recommend On Top Roofing. Casey (Sales Rep) and Boston (Install manager} went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of on my roof replacement. Casey educated me on all my options and helped me decide what was best for my house/ budget. I ultimately went with the Malarkey-Vista shingles. For me, it was worth the extra upgrade price for the added peace of mind. On the day of the install, Boston made sure the install crew had everything they needed. He answered all my questions and made sure the install/clean-up were to the high standards On Top Roofing follows. Casey was great to work with and knowledgeable about the products and what would be best for our circumstance and home. On Top Roofing re-shingled my house in October 2025. The salesmen, Bernabe, was very careful in his bid and included other items that needed to be on the new roof that other bids chose to ignore. More air vents, water guard to protect my rock facade and a water guard to redirect the water flow away from my chimney. He introduced me to Rico, the superintendent of the crew that did the roof. Every day he showed me with pictures how they were progressing. He even had the crew reattach the heat tape to the new shingles. What a team! If you are concerned about the workmanship and quality of the material, you can’t go wrong with On Top Roofing Company!

We had a fantastic experience with Valley View Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. A recent hail storm came through Lehi and left us with some roof damage. Not wanting to risk a leak down the line, we decided to have our roof replaced. Despite many pushy companies knocking on our door and making promises that sounded too good to be true, we decided to give Valley View a call after hearing great things about them from all friends.
