On Tops Roofing has been fantastic from start to finish. We had some winter weather damage from an ice dam that caused a leak in our garage. Jonathan was our first point of contact and dealt with the process with a level of grace, understanding, and patience that gave us reassurance. We felt comfortable with them largely because of his demeanor and Arturo was great during the install and after. Part of the difficulty in finding a service provider is establishing trust through integrity of interactions. On Tops definitely made us feel comfortable trusting them and they delivered.

Jonathan was great! Josh and his crew were great! The roof looks amazing. The price was fair. I would definitely recommend On Tops to anyone in need of roofing work!

Team showed up during the scheduled time and worked very swiftly replacing my roof. They cut it close with darkness falling but they got the job done and a rep came out the next day to make sure the cleanup was completed. Only negative thing, they took a couple days to send us the bill. Highly recommend using them here in the Goldsboro area. House looks amazing.

It would be easy to fill a page with positive comments about my recent experience with the team at OTR. From the initial phone contact right through cleanup, the work they did to tear off and replace my roof, as well as performing a major facelift on two dormers, was better than I could have imagined. All aspects were communicated clearly, although the truth is they didn't need my input. They knew what needed doing and how to do it. After years of catching water in buckets, I waited for the heavy rain on Sunday before reviewing the functional part. Verdict? Working with on Tops Roofing was a great experience from beginning to end. Out of 3 estimates Jonathan was the only one who actually looked inside the chimney. He explained exactly what needed done to stop the leak and even instructed me on why each of the ceiling stains occurred and how I could fix them. The office staff were kind and helpful and the repair was done quickly and smoothly. They even cleaned up everything after. I’d highly recommend them if you need any roof work done.
