Oncor Electric Delivery

Horrible company. They could not figure out how to install a meter for almost a month and didn't have the decency or common sense to close my 12ft fence gates after opening them. If you need to deal with them plan on it taking forever and you will never be there to watch them since they need supervision so they won't destroy your property.

Is it just me... or are others experiencing outrageously high, bogus Electric bills in Wichita County?! I had a $30.00 jump in one month when I decreased.... the cost per wattage use with my electric company which I have been with them over 5 years. Somebody want to explain the logic of the mathematics in this situation? No need. I know they are pencil whipping and/or putting someone else’s meter read down for mine. Call and complain. Perhaps ethics and morals will return if they are berated with legitimate calls and concerns as much as they compute bogus meter reads. Make an online complaint as well. You need something in writing. Pay attention to your billing statements. Keep them all.

This "business" is like the Wizard of Oz....lots of smoke and mirrors, and no peeking behind the curtain. This service is not provided to us, we pay for it. And therefore, we, as customers, have a right to know what is transpiring when our service is down. If that were communicated in a timely fashion, there would certainly be less angry consumers out here.

Just a few houses without electricity but have been out since 1pm and temps reached the high 90’s so we have been burning up and they just sitting at home in their a/c chilling waiting till it’s cool enough to come work on the transformer.
