OnDeck | Outdoor Space Builder

We recently had our covered porch enclosed by OnDeck using SummerSpace panels. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and how this project turned out. The crew was very experienced and detail oriented. Overall, great job! We have added shades, indoor/outdoor carpeting and new patio furniture to make this space very livable/useful. It’s become an outdoor family room for us! If you have a Lennar or DR Horton home with a covered porch this is a wise investment.

This is a great company. They do quality work. We have a very large deck (1700 sq-ft) that is on three levels, with a complex geometry that needed to be replaced.. They had the resources to design a new deck. The design required the assistance of a structural engineer to do the design to meet current codes. OnDeck was one of the few companies in the Chicago area that could manage a job of this size. They were great to work with.

OnDeck did a great job with replacing our deck. Santo and his team were polite and professional. I had some specific requests for the construction that Phil easily accommodated. There was one small thing that got missed but they came back and fixed it right away. Overall the construction and design was great and a huge improvement over what we had before. The crew also went above and beyond during construction, fixing a bit of damaged siding we had with scrap they’d had from the project. Would recommend!

OnDeck was excellent. They finished our new deck on time. No delays. No excuses needed. It was perfect. The deck is BEAUTIFUL! And the team was really nice. The weather was very hot and the guys never complained. Top notch work and a great attitude! Five stars!

Our experience with On Deck has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first call with Nataliya to schedule the initial visit the process felt so easy. During our first visit we had a chance to meet with Phil, he explained the process of building the deck and discussed ideas as well as showed us the products that he had available. We had a fantastic variety of colors and decking options to choose from. The communication with Phil and Nataliya was outstanding. I felt well informed about the steps along the way. The construction crew was very friendly and professional. They even took the time to clean up their area at the end of the day. I would like to thank everyone at On Deck for a wonderful job. My husband and I are truly enjoying our deck.
