One Atlantic Center Parking Garage

I visited here June 14th for the Impractical Jokers show at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Reviews for the parking decks right around the venue were atrocious, and being from small town Alabama, I was apprehensive to have my IJ show ruined by a bad parking experience. So when I found this one with decent reviews, I was thrilled! Maybe I didn't read the reviews closely enough (they looked great to me), but when I arrived, the gate shut on me and would not open to let me in. Finally, I was able to reach someone on the buzzbox outside after a few tries, and they informed me this lot was only for residents, not open to the public... I had seen other reviews saying they parked here to do shopping around the area so I was confused when the attendent turned me away. Either way, he was very nice

It was so easy, who'd a thought. I had prepared myself for a horrendous experience for finding a place to park when I had to visit the Dillards at Atlantic Station. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! The parking was easily accessible to the store, and get this, it was FREE! being I was there less than 2 hours. Never again will I fret driving to Atlantic Station again. I actually contemplated taking MARTA at first. I'm glad I didn't.

Parked here. No problems. Had some difficulty getting out when an attendant saw us struggling and personally led us out. He was so nice and helpful! I wish I remembered his name because he was amazing

The garage is not bad or good, but here are pros and cons. Pros: Convenient location. Underground concourse to the OAC building. Security patrols and manages traffic leaving in the evening. Cons: Tight (compact) parking spaces. No motorcycles allowed. Pricey (mine is company paid though). Special arrangements needed to use on weekends.

Extremely difficult to unsubscribe. You literally have to spam them if you no longer want to pay for the parking. I had both email conversation and phone call and they still charge me every month.
