One Call Heating and Air was very productive and professional. The Tech, Ross, came and fixed my relay, Fan and thermostat. Was very knowledgeable about his work. I am a long-time customer of One Call Heating and Cooling and can highly recommend their service. Kudos to their technician, Ross, who serviced my air conditioning unit. My unit is old and was not cooling properly. I am not ready to replace it at this time; however, Ross provided information on the type of refrigerant that would be compatible to use on my unit to fix the problem for now, and to buy me time until I have to replace it. I commend him on his understanding of the fact that this was not the best time for me to assume a debt. Ross was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, so I was very comfortable with my decision to go this route.
