Great venue. And The Hudson site was great to see

Like most of the parking garages downtown, it was a little confusing at first since I normally don't park here. Got the job done though, and it was the closest parking to where the shuttles picked us up for our offsite Trip.

Getting charged from their New Jersey location and I’m not even in the state beware of this scam company!! They are also using an old license plate of mine. Filed a fraud complaint with my credit card.

Compared to the other garages. The price is decent for graveyard shift will be obtaining monthly pass for work. I do like it for my first time using a garage like this. Well lit. Seems safe. Interesting payment procedure.

Nice safe lot conveniently located. I used Spot Hero to reserve and pay in advance. That all went well. I arrived 4 minutes early, parked, and left according to the reservation instructions. Then received a bill in the mail from Metropolis for $70 because I arrived 4 minutes early. They didn't take into account that I left 2 hours before the end of my reservation. Poor integration with Spot Hero.
