The QR code to pay for parking doesn't work. On scanning, it says that the payment has been made and you're good to go, but then they will send you a bill in the mail saying you didn't pay for parking. They need to fix their online payment system before charging late fees and processing fee. Maybe that's their business model to overcharge for parking.

One parking garage with 2 different addresses, watch out for them to scam you and try saying you didn't and they send you a fine, til you go thru the hassle of calling them and emailing the reservation notice. Everything matched up with our reservation and they all of a sudden could close the case. looks pretty common with metropolis

Best to park here to see riverfront, Guardian building, Hart plaza, wayne county building, martius park, GM tower etc.

Monthly parking rate is a rip off @ $265/month - otherwise not a horrible place to park
