I was having issue with my ac and i actually didn’t what company to call, my thermostat has one heat and airs llc number on it so i decided to give them a try. I was connected to Tommy. Tommy very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. Tommy was able to get my ac back running and through this process he was extremely patient Until the end. He went Above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. He would explain what he was doing and why he was doing it so that I would understand. No matter what questions I asked, he answered them and didn’t make me feel dumb at all. Thank you Tommy And because of you, we will definitely be using your company With any heat and air issues we may have.

Had a great time at the zoo with my grandchildren! Was really impressed with the sea lion show and the new static artistic displays and the huge Lego statues! There is a bit of construction going on currently, but it will be some nice improvements when completed. I am especially love the attitudes of the workers at the OKC zoo, they love the animals and have a genuine interest in sharing that love of them with those that visit.
