One Eleven

As other reviews have stated, just don't park here. The validation for Fareground didn't work for my party and me on a Sunday. The information on the website was inaccurate "90 minutes of complimentary parking exclusively at the One Eleven Garage at 101-149 Brazos St on weekends. After 90 minutes, $10 flat rate applies only if guests exit by 11:59PM, otherwise non-promotional normal parking rates applies." We stayed beyond 90 minutes and left before midnight but were charged much more than $10.

Do NOT park here if you are visiting Fareground and under the impression that your parking will be validated. The online instructions and receipt from fareground is misleading when it states free parking all day Saturday and Sunday. This will only apply to the first 90 mins after you park your car! Outrageous prices otherwise to park and unhelpful customer service.

I parked here on 4/6/2025 to run the Cap10K and the fee is $42 for proximately 3 hours. This is crazy high.

Had my ticked validated but the validation did not work. Going rate for parking in this area is about 30% of what this garage charges. - Validation does not work - Price is $7 for 30 min and $49 daily max - Machine does not provide receipt

The people who smoke cigarettes in this building are the worst! They sit outside the building, smoke their cigarette and just toss it on the sidewalk. The worst thing is that there is a drainage hole next to where they throw their cigarette buds and they go directly into our beloved river. Please do something about this horrible problem
