I initially did not want to leave a review at all but my recent interaction with Hassan reminded me of the pains and struggles I had to deal with for my renovation. I had a project to renovate a kitchen and bathroom and add recessed lights throughout the apartment in 2022. I got multiple bids for the same exact thing. Hassan and One Horizon LLC (Homes?) was by far the highest bid and didn't even include painting. However I fell for his "professionalism", "knowledge"and sweet talk. He talked about what other contractors (lower bid ones) would do and how they wouldn't take care of your project and make change orders on everything. He does the exact same thing. The first day of the job, change order. Any little thing, change order. Which is okay but I feel like as a newbie renovator he left
