I want to share my recent experience so others can make an informed decision. After a smoke smell came thru my HVAC system causing the smoke detectors to go off. Trying to locate the source, I noticed that my brand new smart thermostat, that relied on the C wire fore voltage wasnt working. This lead me to believe that it was an air handler issue. I elected to call and schedule with this company as I am working many hours, and not having much spare time. Also, they could get here reasonably fast. . The tech came out on time and confored what I already knew. I received a repair quote "to get back online" for my central AC totaling $2,129.40. WOW! With a background in industrial maintenance, I decided to simply pay the $99 diagnostic fee and review the details before approving any work.

I've been a customer with One Hour Heating and Air for awhile now and I will say i recommend them to everyone having issues now . The ladies in office are so sweet and always fast to get anything I need scheduled the techs are always will to help explain what’s going on and give advice also the know exactly what the doing. Did I mention they always respond so fast. I'm beyond greatful to have a honest trustworthy business transaction when it comes to them .

We recently called our one hour to both my house and my mom’s house. The technician who came out was great, fair price and quick service. He did give us a price with a maintenance plan at first and made it seem there was no other option until I asked some questions. He didn’t push but it was interesting to me. At the other house though, a new unit is needed and we agreed that it was needed because we have been trying to patch it along for years. These guys were out priced by $3,000. They were prompt to get the quote and prompt to help. They were also pushy about getting a copy of the competitor’s quote to “sharpen their pencil”. I understand sales, I work in sales.
