One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

One Hour Air Conditioning and Heat were able to come out to my address with the hour, sell me services that ultimately did not fix my issue. I paid $413 dollars to clean the AC and was guaranteed that, that was issue of the foul smell. I called them back the next day to say I’m having the same issue and a different guy comes out does absolutely nothing but yap and tries to sell me a new ac. Saying that the replacement of duct work would be 9k if 2000 square feet. Call someone else other than this company. I was impressed the first day but disappointed that their solutions weren’t the answer to my problem. Seems like they are just after collecting money and have no idea how to fix my issue.

The technician, Benson P. was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. As a new homeowner, I was grateful for his patience and throughness. I learned a lot about my system and a/c setup so that I can change my own filters and watch for other problems. Very satisfied.

Everything went smooth and without any issues. They were professional, punctual and efficient. We did not get a second bid so we do not know about price but we had used them before and we appreciate their professionalism and their work ethic.

John showed up same day(Saturday). It was getting pretty hot inside but he got the unit running again until we get a one. Fair price and quality service!
