One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Clarksville

I had a great experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for my home’s ductwork cleaning. Justice and Luis were outstanding from start to finish—professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care and respect. Everything was left clean and tidy when they were done. I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude. I would absolutely recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling, and especially Justice and Luis, to anyone needing duct cleaning or HVAC services.

I just want to give a shoutout to these guys for how amazing they are - specifically David, Sheldon, Nick, and the guy who installed our HVAC with Nick (sorry, I forgot your name 😓) Writhing 36 hours of them checking our system, we had an entire new system installed. Thank you guys for working with us and installing our new system quickly and professionally.

On the first day of installation, a 3.5-ton HVAC system is to be installed, and all duct work will be removed and replaced. I was shocked to see that there were only two men when the workmen arrived. They decided to work the entire day until about 9:00 p.m., at which point I urged them to leave for home. I asked that the ductwork at the door be fixed before they left. The head employee agreed to resolve the issue tomorrow. They came the following day to clean up and depart. Indeed, my failure to check to see if the issue was indeed resolved was my mistake. It started to rain that afternoon. My crawlspace flooded. I contacted them. This will be only reason they received a 2 on the review.  They did indeed replace all of the damp ducting. Cody was wonderful and did a great job explaining what he was doing and thinking with me and answering all my questions. I greatly appreciate all the customer service I have recieved for the last several years using this company for many different things throughout my home! It's been a great "one stop shop" for most all issues we've had in our home.

Francisco is truly professional at his job. Very polite and punctual. I was very pleased with his knowledge of his job. I would highly recommend Francisco to family and friends. He quickly found the problem and is attempting to solved it.
