One Hour Heating and air conditioning provides great same day service. The technician Dennis provided exceptional services and didn’t stop working until my furnace produced heat. Dennis went above and beyond to ensure my furnace was functioning properly

My furnace wasn’t staying on so they came out and told me I needed a new flame sensor. They charged me $343 for that. It’s a $20 part. They left and the furnace still wasn’t working. They came back and told me I needed a new high low pressure switch and they quoted me $1200. They said they would get the part and call me. Meanwhile, I had someone else come and they told me that the issue was my thermostat and I have a smart Nest thermostat so I just needed to charge the face plate with a micro USB charger. I did that and the furnace is working now. I tried to call One hour heating and air to talk to management and no one has gotten back to me. I will never trust them again.
