Visiting Houston from Las Vegas wasn’t sure where to park close to my hotel and found this garage… there was the sweetest worker there shaneekqua she was very helpful with all my parking time questions. Thank youn!

The management is unhinged in this building. I pay extra for an oversized parking spot. I registered a 2nd smaller vehicle to drive on days when my truck is in the shop. When I parked in the oversized spot with the smaller car they put a tow warning sticker on my window. I emailed them to complain about the sticker and the manager responded by terminating my lease without cause or explanation. He simply said “you seem unhappy so we will terminate your lease.”

Great service, even on the weekend! The pay machine in the lobby ate my credit card and wouldn't return it. I called the number on the machine, got an employee immediately. He was at another location, but hurried quickly to come help us. It's not often a parking garage offers genuinely great customer service!

Parked at the roof of the garage We unloaded our bikes rode down. Did a bike ride. On the way back as we were going up two employees came out the office and told us no bikes allowed and that we are not allowed to park here and ride bikes in or out of the garage……. Like what I’m paying for parking I can do what I want So the truck was broken into and one iPad, AirPods, GoPro, and a pair of beats were stolen The driver side 2017 Silverado handle completely broken off and dismantled We went to the office to talk to the employee and he said there is no cameras in the garage only In and out. And said we are not allowed to look at it. Only the police with an affidavit can view their video…… Employee we talked to was a white guy with a Mohawk type hair cut And a Hispanic kid with the mushroom hai

DO NOT PARK HERE! We where waiting for over a hour in traffic inside the garage. At a complete stand still. When we finally got to the exit this terrible rude women was putting in the tickets because the machine was broke. She taking her sweet time and was talking to a friend. This place is also not secure . I repeat DO NOT PARK HERE
