"One Mission Landscape"

After experiencing issues with my sprinkler system, I contacted Sunrise landscaping. We scheduled an appointment for service; they did not show up when scheduled. The next day I called One Mission landscape; they also failed to show up when scheduled. Neither of them gave me a call to notify me that they would not show or to reschedule. Finally I called a third company, Clean Cut. They were able to show up same day and fixed the issue. They also went an extra step by adjusting the backflow, fixing a leak. I did not mention that issue but he fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend Clean Cut Landscaping.

Contracted One Mission through the Owner, Mr. Mendoza in April 2023 for removal of topsoil, installation of rock, yard cleanup and ocotillo planting in Del Rio. 1/2 payment up front. Work progressed well and Mr. Mendoza asked for continued payments through the course of the job. However, after promising to install the plants on numerous occasions Mr. Mendoza went silent from June until September. He had collected about $800 more than the work he had performed. Now I have holes in the yard, no plants, and $800 short. Update: Mr. Mendoza did complete installation of the plants in September when I reopened communications, posted this review, asked him to refund the unpaid work and threatened a case with the county if he did not. Do not do business here! Paid him for a pallet of grass at the first of July. Grass has still not been delivered and he want answer his phone. A refund would be appreciated since you did not follow thru on the sale.

Jay is the best! I put St Augustine grass in my front and back yard and Jay was up front about what it would take to install, the cost, and how to maintain the yard. It only took his team a day to install the sod and it looks amazing! Jay is very professional and a pleasant person to work with, would highly recommend Jay and his business, especially if you are military. Brian

The crew that was sent by this guy to lay a brick patio in our backyard had never done one before. Did not find this out until AFTER the job was done. The end result was horrible. Despite several promises to come by and look at it, giving a discount if warranted, the owner is a no show. Stay away from this company, their work is shoddy and sub-standard. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. Also going to complain to whichever entity licensed this guy.
