One Newark Center

I write this review as a law student attending Seton Hall University School of Law. This garage is the only one directly connected to the school. On its best days, you can park, enter, and exit without issues (assuming the systems that scan your ticket or license plate are functioning properly). On its worst days, you are competing with local workers, other students, and event attendees, even if you pay for a monthly subscription. A monthly subscription allows you to park in the lot if a spot is available, which can be frustrating when demand is high. The on-site staff are very helpful and willing to assist when issues arise. Decent price. It was easy to book online. Close to NJPAC. It's huge and it's self-parking garage. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only one minor thing it's they had difficulties with accepting the reservation code from phone. I had to get out from the car and settle it in their office. Maybe, if you have it printed would simplify the process.

Could you possibly love a parking garage? Well, we do. This is our preferred parking garage for all of the Devils home games and events at the Prudential Center. It's very close to the PAC and several blocks from Prudential Center. Easy exit onto Route 21. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I guess we've become regulars here as they recognize us right away when pulling up. You can pay in advance online or at the parking deck. Parking here is definitely cheaper than the other lots close to the arena.

Last night I visited this garage, I purchased my parking tkt via spothero upon arrival the parking attendant advises to get tkt validated you must go to office with tkt, pic of license plate, spot hero confirmation. Ultimately I did so, HOWEVER no one advised at any point the parking garage closure time. I arrived at 11:55pm to closed gates, no signage of closure time, nothing. We rang bell and screamed through gates no response. We then walked around to connecting building and security advised us to enter through Seton Hall Law school sky lounge, after an elevator ride walk through multiple under passes I get to my car. Attempt to exit and my valet tkt wasn't registering, guess who calmly walks out the office the parking attendant. I tell him no one advised of the garage closing at

If could give a lower than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service. Attendant was very rude, and disrespectful for no reason. Appeared to not want to be at work, looked intoxicated or "high" on something. Lack of professionalism in attendant, and paid security officer who feel they can intimidate one because they're armed with a gun. Had an event in the building where this parking garage is located, and the event organizers took parking tickets, and unfortunately were never given back. On our way out, they attendant rudely told us without a ticket we couldn't leave, and that we had to pay for a full day.
